Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please understand that last-minute cancellations and no-show make it difficult to fill that time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- I kindly ask for at LEAST 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-Shows or same-day cancellations may subject to a no-show fee up to 100% of the scheduled service and will require a non-refundable deposit before any future appointments can be booked. This deposit will be applied toward your next service
- If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If arriving late would prevent me from completing your service without impacting other guests, your appointment may need to be shorten or rescheduled.
- I understand emergencies happen, and those situations will always be handled with understanding and on a case-by-case basis.
